The Institutional Governance Development Centre (IGDC), is a training institute with a regional and continental perspective in the Gauteng Province in the Republic of South Africa. The Centre’s courses and programs are open to participants from Government, Non-Governmental Organizations, Agencies, Commissions and other Parastatal entities. The Centre offers innovative, competitive and relevant training, consultancy, and research solutions in line with the changing economic spheres in institutional development.
Our courses are continually reviewed to ensure that they are keeping pace with dynamic changes that reflect real world circumstances. All our trainers are experienced practitioners, professionally certified, dedicated and specialized in their respective fields.

More than 100 new open courses covering everything from the role of parliament and government accountability and public and private partnerships to the role of technology and forensic audit, are being included in our programs.
Assessments
IGDC helps to review programs continuously through credible performance data to align each new project task and activity with program and strategic goals, generate and analyze real-time performance data to enable organizations to make program adjustments quickly.
Collaborative Partnership
One of our primary objectives is to establish collaborative partnership between our institution and individuals, including corporate institutions through a mutually beneficial memorandum of understanding to market and support training.

On behalf of the Management and the Executive Board of the Institutional Governance Development Centre (IGDC), we wish to convey our profound gratitude to our clients’ accomplishments in the past decade which resulted Sustained growth in staff training and development.
The success of our collective efforts, dedication, and lessons learnt has had an enormous and tremendous impact in developing staff competencies and skills in the public, and civil service reforms in the various ministerial functions in Africa. These encouraging results has re-enforced our resolve to become strategically pro-active in identifying and designing new and relevant training products to align with the changing work dynamics of Governments, state agencies, commissions, Civil Society groups and Non-Governmental Organisations, to mention but a few.
The centre seeks to provide competitive and high industry benchmarks to ensure that staff development spurs up growth and sustainability in institutional settings in the next decade from now as the paradigm of professionalism is entrenched by technology with Artificial Intelligence (AI) gaining momentum, through advances in technology.
